What To Expect
Whether you’ve seen a chiropractor before or this is your very first time, this is a space where you can breathe a little deeper and know that your body will be treated with care, respect, and compassion.
A Space That’s Built for You
This is a shame-free, body-affirming environment. That means:
You will never be weighed.
You will never be told to lose weight to access care.
You will never be judged for your size, shape, posture, flexibility, or mobility.
Your lived experience and body story will always be honored.
I work with people in all kinds of bodies—through pregnancy, postpartum, chronic illness, trauma, injury, and all the stages in between. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to seek care when your body has been dismissed before. You don’t need to defend it here.
Before Your Visit
When you book your initial appointment, you’ll receive an email with an intake form. This helps me get a sense of your goals, comfort levels, and any accommodations you may need.
You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right. All of you is welcome here.
What Happens During a Visit
Each session is grounded in consent, collaboration, and connection. Your comfort guides the pace and the process.
A typical visit might include:
A check-in about how your body’s been feeling
Movement assessments (only if helpful or requested)
Gentle hands-on care using evidence-informed chiropractic techniques (Activator, Drop table adjusting, Graston, Cupping, SOT Blocking, Craniosacral Treatments)
Education about what’s happening in your body, in every day language
Suggestions or tools to support you between visits
Your care is always tailored to you, not a generic protocol.
Accessibility & Comfort
My office includes wide tables, adjustable supports, and space to move or rest as needed.
You’re welcome to bring your child, nurse or feed during your visit, or bring a support person.
If you need to pause, reposition, or stop treatment at any time, we’ll do that. You’re in charge.
If you need accommodations around clothing, mobility, sensory sensitivities, or language, please let me know—I'm happy to support you.
Still have questions?
You can always reach out before booking. I’d be happy to talk through your needs or concerns.
This is a space where your comfort matters, your story matters, and your body is not the problem.
