Birthing Parent feels listened to during the birthing experience

More positive feeding experience
Increased sleep in the post-partum period
More confidence in baby care
Overall more parent satisfaction with the birth experience
Expectant parents feel more at ease in early labor when parents have someone to call in the middle of the night to remind them of coping techniques and help them sleep
Due to my clinic schedule I am unable to offer in-person doula support for your birth, however I am excited to offer virtual doula support to help put you in the very best position for a positive birth and postpartum experience. As a virtual doula, I am able to help reduce your stress, and provide support every step of the way. My private one-on-one sessions take place over Zoom, and are an excellent way for your partner to receive training on how to support you including techniques to stay comfortable. I am always available through text, phone or FaceTime/WhatsAPP/Zoom to answer your questions as they come up.
